Q: When will the request reach me?
A: Depending on the shipping method chosen and the delivery agent in charge, it usually takes 1 to 3 days for your order to be confirmed and delivered within major cities.

Q: Is there delivery outside the country?
A: Currently, the shipping companies we work with deliver only within Qatar and in certain cities listed on our delivery page.
However, if you would like delivery outside Qatar, you can contact our team via WhatsApp. Provide details such as the product weight and pricing for international freight forwarders not currently registered with our store.

Q: What should I do if I receive a product with a manufacturing defect?
A: Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed conditions on returns and exchanges.

If the product has a defect and a return is approved, the shipping fee for returning the item is covered by the company, and the freight charge is refunded to you.
The product’s value will be refunded based on our return policy terms.

Q: I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?
A: Yes, we offer discounts ranging between 10% and 20% on certain products for bulk orders.
