Secure and Convenient Payment Options

At DoctorCup, we make it simple and secure for you to complete your purchase. Choose from the following payment methods:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Pay directly to the delivery agent when you receive your order.
• Availability: COD is only available for orders within Qatar.
• Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as delivery agents may not carry change.
• After placing your order, our call center team will contact you to confirm your address and order details. Please ensure your phone number is accurate and reachable.

2. Bank Transfer

• Transfer the payment directly to our bank account.
• How to Proceed:
  1. Complete the checkout process and select “Bank Transfer” as your payment method.
  2. Transfer the total amount to our bank account.
  3. Send a screenshot or proof of payment to support@doctorcup.qa with your order number.

Note: Your order will be processed once we confirm the payment.

3. PayPal

• Use your PayPal account for a fast and secure payment process.
• How to Pay with PayPal:
  1. Select "PayPal" during checkout.
  2. You’ll be redirected to the PayPal login page.
  3. Log in to your PayPal account and confirm the payment.
  4. Once payment is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
