At DoctorCup, we value your satisfaction. Please review our return and exchange policy:

General Guidelines:

• Returns or exchanges are available for all products in our store.
• Products must be in their original condition and packaging when returned or exchanged.
• Return Period: Within 3 days of purchase.
• Exchange Period: Within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

1. Contact us via the Contact Us page or call us directly.
2. Provide a photo of the product, along with your city, address, and order number.
3. In case of a defective product, it will be replaced with a new one.
4. If the product differs from the website description, a full refund will be issued.

Important Notes:

• A 30% deduction (or at least 25 QAR) will be applied if the customer decides to return a product that has no defect or issue mentioned.
• We are not responsible for unmet customer expectations that were not specified in the product details.
